THE LEADERSHIP

A business and technology leader with vast experience working for education institutions, nonprofits and foundations.  Jim has 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and is actively involved in the Salesforce community as a founder and long-time leader of the Midwest Higher Education Salesforce User Group. He has an undergraduate degree from University of Northwestern – St. Paul and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

A business and technology consultant for nearly 20 years.  Shannon has worked with foundations and nonprofits for over 25 years.  With a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Shannon is the Foundation Partners expert on foundation fund accounting and endowment systems.
